The treatment zone elicits high heterogeneous signal in both T1WIs and T2WIs with the periphery of the lesion is seen of restricted diffusion. NO clear areas of enhancement could be seen in the dynamic study; however, the subtraction images shows faint lesion enhancement (false negative dynamic study interpretation).
