Post myocarditis dilated cardiomyopathy. Sixteen-year-old female patient presented with signs of HF and history of myocarditis 1 year ago. Cine steady-state free precession (SSFP) in short axis (a) and four-chamber (b) views, shows marked dilated LV (EDV = 252 ml and ESV = 199 ml) and reduced EF (21%) that associated with thinning of the wall and global hypokinesia. Late gadolinium enhancement (PSIR) images in short axis (c) and four-chamber (d) view show diffuse transmural enhancement in mid, basal apical segments not following any vascular territory; also, there is diffuse sub-endocardial in basal segments seen in short-axis LGE image (e)
