A thirty-nine-year-old female patient with BMI of 42 kg/m2 was presented 4 days post-lap. sleeve gastrectomy by abdomen pain and tachycardia. UGS shows no abnormality.a, b MSCT axial and coronal reformatted images revealed a large irregular walled extraluminal high-density fluid collection at the operative bed with soft tissue stranding of the surrounding fat. d Follow-up CT after 2 weeks shows a stationary course of the previously depicted operative bed collection.
