After IV contrast administration it shows enhancing focus in the right retroareolar region. d Histopathological results after excisional biopsy revealed multiple papillary formations showing complex arborizing pattern with well-developed connective tissue core surrounded by epithelial and myoepithelial cells. The lining cells have bland looking longitudinal nuclei with apocrine metaplasia features consistent with intraductal papilloma
