DWI and ADC map (d, e) showed diffusion restriction with low ADC value. Post Gad (f) showed faint contrast enhancement. MRS (g) revealed marked reduction of NAA and Cr peaks with elevated Cho and reversed NAC/Cr and Chol/Cr ratios in lesional and pre-lesional areas.
