A 67-year-old male patient, with right lobe hepatic focal lesion, underwent TACE 1 month ago presented now with elevated AFP referred for PET/CT assessment which revealed marginal increased FDG avidity that could represent residual activity or reactive changes, with another metabolically active left lobar subcapsular focus, mostly representing small newly developed HCC
