Different sequences Initial MRI (March 2018, A-E) showed bilateral high T2 and FLAIR signal affecting the basal ganglia and thalami as well as the white matter with diffusion restriction (white arrows ) sparing the brain stem and the cerebellum. Follow up MRI (F,G,H) at Sept. 2018 after treatment showed complete resolution.
