Forty-six-year-old patient presented by a lump in the right breast. Sonomammography (SM) revealed a speculated mass lesion at right breast upper outer quadrant (UOQ) (a). CEM showed an irregular speculated heterogeneous moderate enhancing mass lesion in right UOQ with associated heterogeneous linear non-mass enhancement (b). DCE-MRI showed an irregular speculated heterogeneous intense enhancing mass lesion in right UOQ with associated linear heterogeneous non-mass enhancement (c). The final diagnosis was invasive lobular carcinoma with LCIS
