Female patient aged 36 years with history of right breast cancer underwent conservative breast surgery and then presented by palpable right breast mass. a Axial STIR image showed irregular shaped right breast lesion of intermediate to high signal intensity. b Axial T1WI, the lesion appeared of low signal intensity. c, d DWI and ADC map, the lesion appeared free on diffusion with a mean ADC value = 2 × 10–3 mm2/s. e Subtraction MR image, the lesion showed no significant enhancement. Pathological diagnosis revealed post-operative fibrosis and scar tissue
