Sixty-five years old female patient presented with left breast mass underwent left radical mastectomy with histopathology revealed invasive duct carcinoma grade II. A Reconstructed whole body PET-MIP showed clear operative bed with no residual/recurrent lesions, two metabolically active right axillary lymph nodes, and multiple mediastinal lymph nodes.
