B-mode US (a) revealed a well-defined, hypoechoic, oval right upper deep cervical lymph node with preserved hilum, L/S ratio was 2.54. Color Doppler (b) revealed central hilar internal vascularity. The split-screen US elastogram (c) of the same lymph node revealed type 1 color pattern, strain ratio value was 1.17. Histopathological evaluation revealed non-specific lymphadenitis
