B-mode US (a) revealed a well-defined hypoechoic left lower deep cervical lymph node with thinned hilum. L/S ratio was 2.5. Color Doppler (b) revealed central hilar vascularity. The split-screen US elastogram (c) revealed type 2 color pattern. Strain ratio value was 3.6. Despite high SR, the final histopathological diagnosis was TB lymphadenitis
