B-mode US (a) revealed a well-defined hyporechoic left lower deep cervical lymph node with bulky cortex and thinned-out hilum. L/S ratio was 2.2. Color Doppler (b) revealed profuse mixed central and peripheral internal vascularity. The split-screen US elastogram (c) revealed type 3 color pattern. Strain ratio value was 4.7. The final histopathological diagnosis was non-Hodgkin lymphoma
