A 39-year-old male patient with vague abdominal pain and weight loss. MDCTE shows an ill-defined heterogeneously enhancing soft tissue mass lesion with serrated outline (arrows) and soft tissue stranding of the adjacent fat with few small adjacent nodules and engorged vessels (arrow heads). Diagnosis: small bowel malignant neoplastic lesion and was confirmed pathologically to be an adenocarcinoma. PS, an incidental right oblique inguinal hernia with fat contents is noted
