A 27-year-old female patient with pathologically proven nodular sclerosis. Iliac crest BMB was negative. (a and b) Initial PET images, PET/CT fused images, and CT images in the axial plane showing FGD uptake at the sacrum with soft issue component and associated CT infiltrative lytic lesion (a). There is also pulmonary FDG uptake (b). Local biopsy from the sacrum was taken and confirmed BMI. (c and d) The post-treatment images showing complete metabolic resolution of the sacral lesion and the pulmonary nodule showed partial response with decrease in its activity
