A 28-year-old man had persistent massive hematuria due to a closed contusion of the left kidney in a car accident. Renal artery angiography with the Cobra catheter (a) shows the pseudoaneurysm in the lower zone of the left kidney (red arrow). Micro-catheter angiography was done keeping the catheter inside the aneurysmal sac (c) (arrow head).
