A 47-year-old male patient, with a history of left testicular seminoma, underwent left orchidectomy and received CTH, referred for follow-up PET/CT examination. The whole-body MIP image (a) shows bilateral multiple pulmonary metabolically active areas. Axial lung window CT images (b, d, f, h) revealed multiple bilateral subpleural variable-sized consolidations and ground-glass opacities with crazy-paving appearance that show variable FDG avidity on corresponding fused PET/CT images (c, e, g, i) achieving up to 10.9 SUVmax
