Axial contrast-enhanced MRI T1WI (a) showing small high left frontal subdural fluid collection with related meningeal enhancement. Similar findings but more obvious are seen in axial contrast-enhanced FLAIR (b). The non-contrast FLAIR (c) shows the difference between pre-contrast study and post-contrast enhancement. On follow-up, contrast-enhanced T1WI (d) shows minimal meningeal enhancement which appears more obvious on contrast-enhanced FLAIR image (e)
