A 62-year-old male, HCV + ve, AFP serum level (4 ng/ml), referred for follow-up post-radiofrequency ablation. Triphasic CT study revealed persistent non-enhancing hypodense ablation zone within right hepatic lobe. a NEUS revealed two adjacent hyperechoic lesions measuring about 2.6 cm and 1.9 cm. bd CEUS real-time examination during early arterial phase, portal phase, and late phase showed persistent non-enhancement of the lesions, consistent with well-ablated HCC
