A 39-year-old asthmatic female patient presented with shortness of breath with cough and dyspnea. CT showed multiple consolidative patches with GGO and crazy paving appearance (white arrows) and moderate right pleural effusion (black arrow). CT paranasal sinus (f) showed bilateral total opacifications of the sinus (arrow). The diagnosis was Churg-Strauss syndrome
