ac A female patient 55 years old presented with dyspnea and attacks of hemoptysis and proven histopathologically to have NSCLC. CT study reveals a malignant mass lesion involving the apical segment of the right lower lobe with multiple malignant mediastinal lymphadenopathies as well as contra-lateral 7 mm pulmonary nodules involving the left lower lobe (a). The case staged as T2 N1 M1. PET/CT showed no evidence of significant activity involving the pulmonary nodules and considered nonspecific nodule changing the staging to T2 N1 M0. The surgical staging of the patients by PET/CT changed from IVA to IIB
