A 39-year-old male with unilateral nasal obstruction and inverted papilloma. Axial T2 fat suppression (a) shows striations to good resolution better than post-gadolinium-enhanced images in (d). Axial diffusion and apparent diffusion co-efficient maps (b) and (c) showed variable apparent diffusion co-efficient values of 1.2–1.7 × 10-3 cm2/s. Axial computed tomography reveals smooth bony remodeling with mild scalloped smooth defect of resorption of postero-lateral wall of the maxillary sinus. Coronal computed tomography image shows marked expansion and bony rarefaction of the sinus walls including the walls at ostio-meatal unit, which is markedly, widened admitting gross nasal extension of the mass (f)
