Case 1: 26-year-old male patient. MRI showed asymmetric LV hypertrophy having anteclockwise pattern, maximum thickness of 17 mm affecting the basal antero-septal segment, LVOT obstruction with a peak velocity of 3 m/s, SAM and LV mass of 245 g (indexed 127 g/m2).
