Complete no sensory or motor function persists in the sacral segments S4–S5

B

Incomplete sensory and not motor function remains below the neurological level, including the sacral segments S4–S5

C

Incomplete motor function is pertained below the neurological level. More than half of the key muscles below the neurological level possess a muscle grade less than 3

D

Incomplete motor function is restored below the neurological level, and at least half of the key muscles below the neurological level have muscle grade greater than or equal to 3

E

Normal sensory and motor functions remain normal
