A 46-year-old female diagnosed as invasive duct carcinoma GII right breast. a Rt. breast lesion appears hypointense in A T1WI, hyperintense in B STIR, and restricted in D DWIBS but it does not appear on C WB-DWI due to inadequate fat suppression. b Rt. humerus and right femur lesion are seen hypointense in A coronal T1WI, hyperintense in coronal STIR (B), and restricted in DWIBS (D), but not seen at WB-DWI (C) due to inadequate fat suppression. DWIBS can detect both the breast lesion and osseous metastasis and the time of examination was about 10 min. (Correlated with bone scan and CT)
