Case 5: A 42-year-old male, without comorbidities, score 4 at the moment of the recruitment, with oxygen requirements through a nasal cannula. High-resolution CT chest: a day of admission (April 1st). There are right lung lower lobe and middle lobe extensive consolidations. Similar peripheral opacities noted in the left lung lower lobe and upper lobe. b Day 4 after treatment (April 13th, nebulization did on April 9th). Significant improvement of previously noted patchy consolidations at bilateral lower lobes and right middle lobe, as well as few peripheral consolidations in the left upper lobe
