16 year old male with dilated cardiomyopathy post myocarditis presented with sudden precordial pain like acute myocardial infarction pain, ECG showed ST segment elevation in inferolateral wall (serum creatinine kinease and T-troponin were elevated) (a) Late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) was found mid wall septal, inferior and inferolateral segments (arrow). (b) Non-contrast-enhanced T1 mapping shows that the native T1 value of the inferolateral segment including LGE is 1125 ms, which is more than 1070 ms )
