Nasal or oral inflammation

Painful or painless oral ulcers, purulent or bloody nasal discharge

Abnormal chest radiograph

Nodules, fixed infiltrates, cavities

Urinary sediment

Microhematuria (> 5 RBCs per high power field), red cell cast

Granulomatous inflammation at biopsy

Involvement of the wall of an artery/ arteriole, involvement of the perivascular / extravascular spaces
