A male patient aged 27 years, known to have RRMS with EDSS score of 3.5. White matter lesions volume: 1.7 cm3. We found that the patient had a significant decrease in the volumes of the putamen bilaterally, right thalamus, and left hippocampus, and he had white matter lesions volume of 1.7 cm3 and EDSS score of 3.5
