A 23-year-old female diagnosed as Hodgkin lymphoma. MRI was done after starting receiving her chemotherapy sessions. ad: a Axial T1 WI, b axial T2 WI, c axial DWI and d ADC map show enlarged prevascular, paratracheal and internal mammary lymph nodes, which are isointense on T1 and T2 WI. In DWI, only the internal mammary lymph nodes showed restricted diffusion in the form of high signal in DWI and low signal in ADC map "arrow" with ADC value 1.08 × 10−3 mm2/s, whereas the rest of mediastinal lymph nodes showed no evidence of diffusion restriction denoting good response to therapy
