A 33 years old female patient with biopsy-proven left tibial Ewing sarcoma. She underwent an above-knee amputation and received chemo and radiotherapy that ended 1 year ago. The patient was referred for follow-up and detecting any viable tumors. A, B Axial CT, C, D Axial PET, and E, F Axial fused PET/CT images show no metabolically active local recurrent tumor at the operative bed, but a metabolically active FDG avid left femoral large lymph node is seen with SUVmax ~ 6.48
