A 47-year-old female patient presented with fever and cough, who was admitted to hospital and was discharged on day 16 of admission. Ground glass opacities and consolidations in multiple pulmonary lobes are observed in the initial CT scan (A). The total CT severity score was calculated as 18, and the disease severity was moderate. Three-month follow-up chest CT (B) shows a parenchymal band (yellow arrow), interlobular septal thickening (blue arrow), mild honeycombing (red arrow), and bronchiectasis (green arrows).
