A 49-years-old male patient with cirrhosis having RF ablation for right lobe focal lesion, Dynamic MRI was done with subtraction technique 1 month after RF ablation: a axial T1 showing bright signal of the ablated Lesion (yellow arrow) and hypointense signal of the ablation track (red arrow), b axial T2WI showing bright signal of the ablation lesion and track course, c axial T1WI post contrast showing bright signal of the Lesion as well as the Track, d subtraction MRI confirmed tumoral enhancement along the track course with no enhancement in the ablated lesion increased degree of confidence, in spite that e, f DWI and ADC MAP diffusion appeared restricted in both track and lesion as well
