69-year-old male patient with liver cirrhosis and right hepatic lobe segment VIII HCC underwent chemoembolization on June 2019. Follow-up post-intervention triphasic CT was done on September 2019 and revealed dense injected chemotherapy material “lipidol” showing no evidence of pathological enhancement. CTP functional maps showed intra lesional BF of 102 mL/100 g/min compared to 187 mL/100 g/min in the hepatic parenchyma.
