A 57-year-old patient presented with a lump and nipple retraction in her left breast. DM images showed an indistinct mass in the retroareolar region on MLO (A) and CC (B) views (thin arrows in A and B) with nipple retraction. DBT was useful in clearly demonstrating a mass with spiculated margins (block arrow in C). USG images D, E, F were instrumental in characterizing the solid-cystic nature of the lesion (notched arrows in D and E point toward eccentric solid component). US-guided biopsy was performed and HPE was invasive papillary carcinoma
