A 65-year-old female known IHD presented with anosmia, loss of taste, cough, fever, respiratory distress, diarrhea and myalgia at May 2020 and positive PCR for COVID 19 infection, a and b noncontrast CT axial cuts show bilateral faint ground glass opacities with crazy paving sign. The patient diagnosed as COVID 19 infection with CT score severity: 20.
