A 65-year-old female known IHD presented with anosmia, loss of taste, cough, fever, respiratory distress, diarrhea and myalgia at May 2020 and positive PCR for COVID 19 infection, a and b noncontrast CT axial cuts show bilateral faint ground glass opacities with crazy paving sign. The patient diagnosed as COVID 19 infection with CT score severity: 20. Second infection dated May 2021 the patient presented with fever, diarrhea and myalgia with positive PCR test for COVID 19 infection. ce noncontrast CT chest images show bilateral patchy subpleural faint ground glass opacities and reticulations.
