Detection of number of lesions by CT and MRI in a 72 year old male known case of multiple myeloma (A) CT bone algorithm image shows multiple ill defined lytic lesions within the diploic space. MRI T1W (B) and T2W (C) images at the same level show multiple lesions appearing hypointense on T1W and hyperintense on T2W image. Both CT and MRI were able to depict multiple lesions in skull bones
