Evaluation of dural involvement in a 51 year old lady with skull metastases from carcinoma breast- CT bone window (A) and soft tissue window (B) images show a large mixed (lytic + sclerotic) lesion (white arrow) in right parieto-occipital region with associated heterogeneous soft tissue mass (red arrow). No obvious dural involvement can be seen on CT. MRI T1W (C), T2W (D) and post contrast T1W (E) images clearly show enhancing adjacent dural thickening (yellow arrows) with dural tail sign (blue arrows)
