T1WI, IP & OP images (AC) show subchondral hypointense sclerosis along with marginal medial hyperintensity (dashed arrow) consistent with superadded fat deposition, the extent of deposited fat is well depicted on fluid only and fat only images (D, E) (dashed arrow). Moreover, the fluid only (D) detect more and more erosive/backfill changes than do other images (yellow arrows)
