There is a moderate volume of ascites with fluid overlying the liver (yellow arrow). B: Coronal MRI of a tubular structure containing high T1 signal at the inferior margin of the right hepatic lobe (yellow arrow). This is consistent with ascending colon atresia, stenosis, and/or perforation. There is no meconium visualised distal to this point. Mild cerebral ventricle asymmetry noted with no significant ventriculomegaly
