A 67-years-old male patient was proved for COVID-19 infection. He presented to the emergency unit three weeks after infection with severe right leg pain and coldness. [A] Axial image of chest CT revealed faint bilateral sub-pleural COVID-19 pneumonic ground-glass patches. CTA of the lower abdominal aorta and peripheral lower limbs was performed.
