A 60-year-old female with previous right BCT 3 years ago for grade II IDC. A DCE-MRI shows regional clumped NME in the upper inner quadrant of the right breast. B Fused DCE-MRI and DTI images used for ROI placement. Parametric color maps of DTI C FA, D AD, E RD, and F RA were generated and analyzed. ROI is placed within the lesion borders to calculate all the DTI parameters. MD = 0.7 × 10−3 mm2/s. FA = 0.4, AD = 1 × 10−3 mm2/s, RD = 1.2 × 10−3 mm2/s, and RA = 0.2. The lesion was recurrent grade II IDC on histopathological analysis
