Abdominal tuberculosis (TB). Axial CTE images of a 44-year-old prisoner complaining of severe abdominal pain and fever. A showed left-sided pleural empyema and right cystic pleural nodule. B showed another right cystic pleural nodule and omental cystic nodule. C showed marked ileal wall thickening and dilatation with small bowel faces sign.
