A 36-year-old female performed a follow-up examination after left conservative breast surgery for breast cancer one year ago. (A) Craniocaudal mammographic view of both breasts, and (B) Mediolateral mammographic views of both breasts revealed left breast lower outer quadrant focal asymmetry (arrows) associated with skin thickening, asymmetric left breast size and densities (postoperative sequalae). (C) Craniocaudal CEM view of both breasts, and (D) Mediolateral CEM views of both breasts revealed no enhancement; no underlying pathology. Pathology revealed normal tissue
