Follow-up mammography after 2 years of treatment: bilateral breasts show significant reduction in the density of the parenchyma (from ACR D pre-treatment to ACR B). The nodules are well defined and well circumscribed, smaller in number and size. There are few small conglomerate lymph nodes in bilateral axilla with skin thickening overlying the previous sinus tract area
