A 36-year-old male patient, known to have ulcerative colitis disease for 7 years on steroids, presented with diarrhea for follow-up. Axial T2-w SPAIR image A shows a segment of mild uniform mural thickening at descending colon, coronal post-contrast THRIVE B loss of normal haustral pattern seen at the descending and sigmoid colon with associated mural thickening and hyperenhancement (arrows). Ileo-colonoscopy C showed marked hyperemia of the mucosa of the recto-sigmoid region with loss of normal vascular pattern of recto-sigmoid region mucosa and multiple superficial ulcerations
