Acute infarction with no ischemic penumbra: 75 years old female patient complaining of left hemiplegia since 10 h. A T2WI, B FLAIR, C SWI, D DWI, and E ADC map show acute ischemic infarct at the right frontoparietal region along the territory of the right MCA. ASPECTS score was 3/10.
