A 58-year-old female patient with negative past medical history and had received “Sinopharm” vaccine then got COVID-19 infection. A, B Axial chest CT cuts (lung window) showed bilateral mainly peripheral located ground-glass pneumonic patches and minimal right pleural reaction. C CT-Volumetry of the pathological lung parts averages 740 cc. D CT-Volumetry of total lung volume averages 3890 cc. So, only 19% of the lung parenchyma was diseased (Score 1)
