A 55-year-old female patient with history of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and had received “Sinopharm” vaccine then got COVID-19 infection. A, B Axial chest CT cuts (lung window) showed bilateral mainly peripheral located wide spread ground-glass pneumonic patches. C CT-Volumetry of the pathological lung parts averages 1647 cc. D CT-Volumetry of total lung volume averages 2210 cc. So, 75% of the lung parenchyma was diseased (Score 3)
