Left renal cystic mass (Bosniak III). Coronal T1WI (A) a well-defined left upper polar and midzonal exophytic thick-walled parenchymal multilocular cystic lesion measuring 7.6 cm in its maximum dimension. The lesion is hypointense with thick septae of intermediate signal inside with no suspicious nodules inside. In Coronal T2WI (B), the lesion appears hyperintense with intermediate signal of the septae with no suspicious nodules inside. Axial DWI (C) b = 800 mm2/s & axial ADC map (D) Showed no restricted signals. Coronal corticomedullary (E) and nephrographic (F) DCE-MRI subtracted images: showed multiple enhancing septae with enhancing septal mural nodule (Enhancing obtuse convex protrusion < 3 mm) (arrow). The pathology was papillary renal cell carcinoma
